This is a beautiful vintage Chinese wooden jewelry box with a carved jade lid decorations. I believe from the 1940s-1950s. 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" and 3 1/8" in height.
No chips, cracks or stains to the box. The interior green satin fabric is a bit dusty, otherwise good condition. The inner sliding hinge needs a new screw to hold it in place. The exterior hinges and clasp are fine.
The lid is just starting to warp a bit. When closed, I can see that one corner of the lid is slightly higher than the other. Not very noticeable, but I wanted to mention it for accuracies sake.
A very handsome estate box.
